	Camp Directors Meeting
	This meeting provides an opportunity for the program leaders of Royal Ambassadors and Challengers camps to meet together for fellowship and share program ideas and information on camp resources and materials. The Camp Directors meeting is scheduled for the third weekend in January at the TBM building in Dallas, Texas.

Everyone is welcome to attend this meeting to share ideas and information concerning how to help plan and promote a summer camp program. The cost of this meeting is $50.00 per person. TBM will pay the cost of two persons from each Baptist Encampment that is planning on conducting a Royal Ambassadors/Challengers camp. Each person is responsible for their own travel expenses.
