Committed leaders are the people who make a difference in the lives of Challengers. Yung men need leaders who are willing to spend time with them engaging in activities and sharing God's word with them to help them become men of God.

Committed leadership is the most important part of the Challengers organization. Training opportunities for leaders are available through self-studies, associational and state training events such as Leadership Training Camp.
