CEDARS CONFERENCE
Our annual Cedars spiritual renewal retreat is scheduled for August 28-30, 2009 and will be held at the Lakeview Camp and Conference Center in Waxahachie, Texas. Registration will open at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 28, 2009. Our first meal is at noon on Friday. We will conclude the event at noon on Sunday, August 30, 2009.
Our theme will be “Prayer – Our Greatest Ministry.”
Richard Owen Roberts will be one of our speakers. Joining him will be Bro. James Pool, pastor of Tabernacle Baptist Church in Ennis, Texas. Ron and Patricia Owens will be leading our worship.
Information and registration is attached. We ask you to register as soon as possible. We need to let you know that any cancellations made after the cut-off date or any no-shows, we are responsible for the full amount to the camp. Cedars is done on a cost recovery basis so please know that we cannot absorb the camping fees if you fail to attend.
The rates quoted will cover your lodging (if staying on campus), meals, insurance and materials for this year’s Cedars. Put this date on your calendar and commit it to prayer and register. Join us as we seek to be known as “The Praying Texas Baptist Men.”
