On August 14, 2010 ten Texas Baptist Men Retiree Builders departed DFW Airport for Bulgaria to work on a project to install the Post & Beam frame work for the third floor roof system and a brick project.  What a wonderful blessing it was to be part of this ministry in Bulgaria.

On August 25, 2010, Texas Baptist Men hosted a group from Honduras at the Dixon Building. This group came seeking ways that they might enlist, train and use volunteers in times of disaster in Honduras.

On August 2, 2010, the Retiree Builder's sent some of the Brick Masons to begin laying the bricks for our expansion project.

We have been invited to Rio Grande City to work with SBTC operations there to clean the flooded homes. 

Dr. Fred Sorrells is giving hope in Haiti through amputee soccer. There have been many amputees due to the Haiti earthquake.

Look at us go! The construction crew has added another 3,500 square feet of concrete just infront of the new building and are presently working on the roof.

The LaGrange mud out unit was deployed to Del Rio to assist First Baptist Church in their ministry to their community. The subdivision along Vega Verde Street is no longer under water.

Now that the concrete has been poured, the next phase of our building is under way. They are now erecting the steel beams. Mother nature has tried to put a damper on the progress.

Texas Baptist Men Disaster Relief State Feeding Unit is currently staged in the Alamo Regional Command Center (ARCC) in San Antonio.  US Food Service has staged three tractor trailers of food and paper goods with TBM's Disaster Relief team.
