Victim Chaplain & Couselor Association of America
Victim Chaplain and Counselor Association of America is a sister organization to VRM and is an organization that seeks to train, support, and provide resources to Chaplains & Counselors in order to equip them for the sensitive area of serving and assisting the needs of victims through law enforcement agencies; and to prepare them as Victim Chaplains & Counselors to be spiritual shepherds to the hurting by presenting divine truth and serving as a reminder of God by their presence.
Purpose

To provide a professional association for Victim Chaplains & Counselors

To prepare an army of Victim Chaplains & Counselors of all denominations to go out among people to bring healing in critical situations, and to take the presence of God into every situation.

To prepare Victim Chaplains & Counselors for the role of caregiver for as long as it takes.

To prepare Victim Chaplains & Counselors to be the primary responders to serve in Victim Relief Ministry in their communities
